At TopWork, we are now looking for a Maintenance Manager for an established industrial company in Malmö.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving systematic and preventive maintenance work. You will become a key figure in the operation, tasked with ensuring high production availability, planning resources, and creating structure within the maintenance organization.

You will lead a small team while also being involved in practical work when needed. This role suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, driving improvements, and getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's systematic and preventive maintenance
• Plan, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance efforts
• Lead and coordinate a small maintenance team
• Drive machine improvements and technical development projects
• Plan and coordinate external service providers and contractors
• Troubleshoot and support operations during technical issues and downtime
• Ensure maintenance plans are followed and developed over time
• Contribute to increased operational reliability, efficiency, and productivity

We are looking for you who

Have experience in maintenance work within manufacturing industry and are accustomed to production environments where machinery plays a central role in the company's results.

We would prefer that you have worked in operations processing steel, sheet metal, or other metal products.

You are a person who combines structure and planning skills with a practical approach to work. You are proactive, service-oriented, and have the ability to keep the big picture in mind even when many issues need to be handled simultaneously.

We see that you have:

• Experience in maintenance work within the industry
• Experience in preventive maintenance and improvement work
• Good knowledge of mechanics and troubleshooting
• Experience in planning and coordinating resources
• Good computer skills
• Experience in leading or coordinating employees is a plus
